The dead guy made a choice, a poor choice, he brought a gun to a protest (totally legal) that is hyper charged and he made a choice to interact with LEOs that are on guard.
The dead guy controlled this whole situation and he made bad decisions.

Let’s flip the script, how many others are at the protest, armed, and chose not to interact with LEOs and are still alive.

It boils down to bad choices.

The agent at 12 seconds puts his hand on his gun so he clearly saw the guy's gun

The objective fact is that the dead man never had the gun in his hand. The gun is holstered behind him. Does anyone see anything different?

Are you saying that any right winger who legally carries a gun to an event or protest can be shot dead?

Why is it a fairy tale?

Agent was enforcing FEDERAL law.

I think I see what we are missing now. At 58 seconds when olive shite reaches for his weapon, keep an eye on the dead guy and the officer in dark clothing on the ground with him. You can see as everyone backs away, the two of them are still tied up like they are both struggling over something. As olive shirt circles around to the towards the perps front, you can see him positioning himself between the two. As he begins to fire again, look at the black object come loose and land behind them. It’s hard to tell what the object is but if it’s the officers gun that might explain the intense struggle between them. The object is clearly bouncing off the sidewalk at the 1:16 mark

I’m saying that any right winger who decides to interfere with police activity while armed will get zero.zero sympathy from me.

If he intentionally agitates said enforcement, then yes he would risk it. No worries though, Conservatives don’t try to protest the arrest of criminal aliens and Somalian moochers, that’s a Leftwing nut job core tenant

I see all this going down in a split second....the officer who shot him saw he was armed with a gun. The guy breaks loose and the officer fired

Yes if they did the same as this guy.

When you are going to willfully protest and insert yourself into an active scene of a warrant being served on an illegal, right before you walk out the door do,you grab your pistol and 30 rounds?

I grab my pistol and 30 rounds when I pull my trash cans to the curb. This is America and 2A is for everyone.

I didn’t get shot today because I’m not trying to disrupt federal law enforcement while they are doing their job.

The ICE shooter may have mistaken the other ICE agent's hand on the protestor's firearm as the actual protestor reaching for his weapon, not knowing it was the ICE agent removing the firearm.

Watching that video a couple times, I think that is probably what happened. The agent that drew his weapon was actually looking somewhere else when Pretti's shirt comes up and his gun becomes visible. The agent looks back and presumably sees the gun, as the other agents start to kind of back away and the one agent grabs Pretti's gun. So he looks back and sees a hand reaching for a gun on the hip of the person they are trying to control.

Either way you want to view it, good or bad shoot, it would have never happened if he hadn't been there trying to stir the pot with the rest of the losers in Minneapolis. If you go and fight law enforcement and are carrying a weapon, there is a much greater than zero percent chance that you will end up sleeping forever.

you're arguing with petulant children.

The Right is always about equal treatment for people who don't follow the law.

The Left gives zero shits as long it's their guy. No accountability if they have that D next to their name and they're beating people up or throwing rocks at passing cars.

because he was filming them?? The agents were pushing women to the ground. They then massed him in the face while his hands were in the air. You guys are fricked in the head for trying to justify any of that.

Do you think anybody is making this argument?

Your question should be - "are you saying that any right winger who legally carries a gun to an event or protest and then physically confronts police to the point there's an altercation can be shot dead?"

No, but I do see him reaching behind towards his belt line when he's shot.

If an agent already saw a gun there during the scuffle, and didn't see the other agent remove the gun, what is he to think?

This could all be avoided if the Media and Progressive Leaders stopped calling Ice Nazis and saying that they're kidnapping 5 year olds.

People are stomping on thin ice then crying when they fall through.

Apparently another incident. I posted what Fox was reporting earlier when I started that thread.
