The estimates I saw had Biden at 48 million legit votes.
Not to mention, the 74 million isn’t real for Trump when considering flipped votes. It was higher.

I'm only playing devil's advocate, and explaining the point of view.
They're talking about morale. About demoralizing people that if the cheat will win, there's no point in putting in your ballot.
Tho I do believe they will cheat, we are already seeing it... I do believe in getting to the ballot. And I will be doing so. Not just for 45 but also for the local reps.
