Men and women have different physical, emotional, and psychological profiles.

The corporate environment is a different topic IMO, but men are still better suited for it than women.
The point is that both men and women should be serving the family. Men are better suited to do that by going out and competing in the marketplace to provide for it financially and women are better suited to do that by managing the household and nurturing the children.
People can cry about that all they want, but the further we get from that very obvious scenario, the more unhappy people get.

150 years ago this country was much more agricultural. Children were a potential labor source. Women died more in childbirth than now. More children died before reaching their teenage years. As America got more urban and educated, children became an expense.

My experience . . .
Most of the women in the work force are not single moms who have to work. They are married to men who have professional jobs and could easily choose to stay home.
They also have a poor work ethic. Maybe 1 in 5 bust tail at work. They are promoted to mgmt roles of which they further demonstrate incompetence.
Maybe the woman'point in the OP's is valid in some cases. But IMO, far more of what has transpired is girls were brainwashed with feminist ideology, told they could do everything men could do, it was misogynistic patriarchy that was holding them back, and they took the bait.
