I wasn't aware that when women get married and change their name, they have to change their name on their birth certificate too.

Because you don't change your name on your birth certificate when you get married. Mrs. Axe wasn't born "Ms. Axe".

Is she claiming that divorced women don't have a drivers license? Nobody is forcing them to change their name back if they don't want to.

I thought that if the Save Act passes it still will not affect the midterm elections this year. If I am correct then someone is lying about the midterm elections. Maybe it's you or whoever made the post you reposted or the Democrats or the Republicans.
