Hope I’m wrong but not sure that has to do with Iran. If we had plans to attack I doubt he would be giving a heads up about it

Trump could be trying one more time to bluff the Ayatollahs out of power. Announce that the decision has been made, and we will commence operations in the next few days. Maybe they fall without us having to attack.
