Kiriakou has always been a lefty. He has stated that.

These are the kinds of people these animals in the regime are murdering every minute we don’t take action

How do we look weak again? Is this one of those times where we don't do something in an hour so you think we are a failure?

There are no clear/good options to follow through with that promise though. In a civil revolt, there is a blurry line between the good and the bad. Militia and foreign bad actors always seem to jump in the fishbowl.
It’s not that blurry here imo.
I don’t want boots on the ground.
We should strike Iranian military bases and equipment and areas where it’s clear only IRGC are located I.e no civilian casualties by accident. We could try to find and arrest or kill leadership I.e Maduro.
Work with CIA and Mossad to get weapons to the protesters and provide them with valuable intel and let them do the dirty work on the streets
Cut off financials and communications between the regime and the military. I think we have been working on this angle.
Now is the time for air strikes. They are on their heels, banks collapsing so troops can’t be paid, communications are being disrupted. As soon as these soldiers start seeing American air strikes I think most will give up.

Frick sanctions, they need to start killing these evil bastards!

I'm not a military man, but I figure Trump and the military is figuring out what to do after the initial strikes. There is no doubt we can destroy their bases, oil supplies, equipment storage, barracks, large groupings of soldiers, but what do we do after that? If the Iranian gov has any brains at all, they've moved their men, personnel carriers and gasoline and ammo out of the bases and dispersed them.
Set up a base for helicopter strikes after the initial bombing? Mass arm the people? Deploy troops ? IDK

Also, if we start bombing military bases, we have effectively declared war, no matter how people want to twist the definition. The chaos that follows would turn Iran into Iraq minus American troops IMO.

Why do you keep linking to the Hate America First crowd? It's obvious that Napolitano and his crew do. The greek former CIA was actually all over the board before he was charged and did time. He actually works for the Kremlin since he works for RT, Russia Today.

I know there’s a portion who think we should have started blowing things up last week, but you can’t take the cowboy approach here. Theirs is nearly 50 years of anger and resentment within Iran and outside of Iran in the broader region. If we go kicking all the legs out from under the stool of the regime, the entire area could descend into chaos. You don’t think individuals would crave retribution? How are you going to keep outside elements out who want their pound of flesh? If you annihilate the Iranian army, you’ll either have to put boots on the ground to stabilize the situation or watch a regional genocide unfold.

What's the latest news? Is Iran about to fall? Protests still raging?

I have no problem with bombing Obama and Biden’s buttbiddies in Iran.
I feel like our recent (few decades) track record has sucked, but I do like the concept of America being the liberator/savior. We've severly tarnished that reputation though. Dont think we will ever be able to repair that. If we had our shite in order we could bomb places and not stay for years/hand out contracts to make a few people even richer.

It appears that America's greatest ally is going to get what they always wanted...America taking out their enemy for them while they sit back and watch on a recliner munching on popcorn.
Gotta admit, they sure do know how to pull the strings

Just my own personal feelings on the matter - I feel like maybe Trump is going to be different. In the past it was in the interest of the MIC and Corporations to extend as long as possible occupations in these countries. Maybe, just maybe, we liberate Iran and the Shah does what he promises and unites the people under a democratic government.
Not only would Isreal gain a major ally in the region, but so would we.

The Shah was a monarchy but still preferable to a theocratic regime run by radical clerics

That is how I feel about it at the moment. The movement within Iran can remain more or less organic....we are just giving it a little nudge. Take out some key IGRC bases and government areas, blockade their oil shipments, do some cyber kung foo and Bob's your uncle. This will not be a long sustained campaign on our part.
The regime may have one last gasp and shoot their wad of missiles. Those places in the MIddle East that are targeted will (and can) absorb the hit. The possible payoff in the end is too good to pass up.
