LRAD. We had them mounted on the rigs in Africa to deal with pirates.

Not much different than the US is hiding NAZI WWII Fischer Tropsch technology to make oil at Texas A&M I kept reading about over 15 years ago.
1. The NAZIs never used Fischer Tropsch to make fuel other than methanol which every methanol plant in the world has used for 100 years.

2. WWII Germany instead used a high pressure technology using the sulfur in coal as the catalyst. at 10,000 PSIG to make syncrude

And for those who believe their 2A stockpiles will prevent potential tyranny, unfortunately they are mistaken. Lead is useless against invisible weaponized EMF targeting and immobilizing. As in Venezuela. Or where ever.

You are correct that it would be formidable, but maintaining military stability in a potential internal conflict has MANY more moving pieces and logistical challenges than deploying from a unified country and striking another.

It doesn't sound very believable I agree. But it was reported in Newsmax which desires some respectability. And we didn't lose a man. And we have no idea how many of them were greased. So keep your mind open. And again, Trump said we have the best by far. And that includes the hypersonic Russians.

I wish I held your optimism. Enforcers generally do just "follow orders".

Those "moving parts" are becoming more centralized and less local every day here. And 5,6G and cyber control grids are already set up in many areas -- not to mention AI Data Centers. Agenda 2030 and "SMART" waits for nobody. They will be enforced.

These things were commercial grade LRADs we had and were very effective. This was 15 years ago. I’m guessing the US military has much better versions than oil companies have. I would imagine they can mount on a helicopter and pilot could direct at targets.

Can they use them in Minneapolis next?!

I doubt we would...

but the videos I have seen years ago, it actually was touted as non-lethal crowd control.

Someone said the required equipment is very heavy, but I would think it could be mounted on something like a C-130, and deployed much like a gunship... but just not lethal. Granted, I don't know the range it could have, but we clearly had complete air superiority in Venezuela.

I did a little searching, and found this

I go back to Newsmax. They are a news organization which, if I remembered correctly, just listed on the New York Stock Exchange. Would be bad for shareholders if a recently listed company fell for propaganda. Not that CBSNBCABCCNNMSNOW haven't been used in that way.

If they're openly talking about it today, then we've had it for a decade and tested/perfected it two decades ago.

How do friendly troops avoid being affected by the sonic weapon?

Obviously it is focused, so maybe staying behind the transmitter might be enough to keep the good guys put of harm's way?

That’s what I would like to know- did our troops have some kind of ear cover or specialized helmets to not also be effected?

The HERF cannon has been around for about 20 years. However, the high energy spectrum would only affect the epidermal layers. DEW tuned to lower, infrasonic frequencies would resonate at the same frequency as elements in the organs and produce the symptoms described in the report. That's not scifi at all. Every radiology department in the country uses similar technology. MRI machines excite water molecules in the soft tissue.

The HERF cannon/HPM suite was likely used for any digital blackout that was needed in the technological stack. There are reports of a drone swarm so they may have been involved in the DEW suite.

The level of precision and coordination in this mission is pretty groundbreaking. DEW is only 1 layer of the entire stack. The rest of it was just as impressive but coordinating all those elements is largely unprecedented
