I have no problem with 18-year-old women registering with Selective Service.
Deal with the draft/conscription issue later.

I’d bet most feminazis are more than fine with that prospect.

When will we realize that "Equal" never really means equal.

Obviously, to make up for past inequalities of previous drafts, if there is need for another draft, only women should be called up!

I was actually shocked when I saw this was being supported by ACLU. I am not sure they realize what they are possibly getting.

The first women drafted need to be daughters of professional athletes, elected officials, entertainers and music performers.

My time in I would maybe have said a few that I knew of I would go into combat with but the majority no way. Thankfully my main unit the only women at that time were in support roles except for one security detachment assigned to us that was a field MP unit and some of those WMs were spot on.

But on the other hand I have seen first hand how it worked out for Israel and if they can do it so can we I guess.

They will go the way of Biden's son. Join the NG and earn medals they did not deserve. So many have questioned why a lawyer assigned to JAG in a rear supporting unit no where near combat receives a Bronze Star for heroism. Then after his death awarded more.

Or they would be like Tulsi Gabbard who earned her Combat Medical Badge as a 91W (now 68W) and then commissioned as an MP.

That's pretty common and it's because there's no award in between ARCOM and BSM for wartime service. If you could give an MSM-equivalent or something just below it downrange it would cut down on the number of BSMs handed out.

female opinion here:
I support a fully volunteer military whenever possible, but if there is to be selective service registration for possible draft, it MUST include women. Equality...you can't pick and choose where you want to be equal.

IF she were to be drafted, do you actually believe that the Pentagon would send a little pixie like that into combat?

She would be a clerk-typist somewhere FAR from the MLR.

Before Biden? Highly unlikely.

With Biden? Those re-enlistment numbers are likely to hit the toilet with white males who make up 60% or more of the armed forces.

Have you seen some of the things our federal government has been doing lately?

I understand when there are not options depending on the type of deployment. The MCEM I have is on my DD214 but does not list why I received it. But because you an officer in the rear and the son of the VP you should not rate it. No different with everyone that received the fire watch ribbon(NDS) because they were in during the time of the campaign but never left the states.

Hopefully republicans stop join the military and then it would be likely we have a draft .
