No, from my understanding all they did was go to the government website and look for state funded transportation services and then went to those addresses and found no such business. What they do is bill for "rides" they never provided people. It's called non-emergency medical transport (like taking elderly or disabled to their doctor).
So they bill medicare/Medicaid for shite they don't do.

I just ran an internet search and found “Safaari Transportation” as having an address for an agent at a 607 Cedar address but that is not the address of the company. The Minnesota Secretary of State has a different address for the registered office of the company and the principal executive address for the company.

You don't have fraud on a scale this big and it's just a bunch of immigrants hiding at a liquor store. No fricking way. If you know anything about organized crime, you know the followign:
1. All of these businesses have accountants submitting their taxes and reviewing their books.
2. All of these businesses have attorneys making their filings
3. Many of these businesses operate highly regulated and inspected operations such as child car and transportation
4, Those industries usually have to keep detailed logs like drivers and attendance
6. Transport businesses would have gas/fuel receipts
THERE IS NO BLOODY WAY this all just flew below the radar. Financial crimes of this scale always have a few governmental types on the take, looking the other way for licensing, inspections, and audits. Pretty soon their bosses want in on the scam.

Human Transport (daycare, school, Dr. Appointments, etc.) are fabricated to support the Nursing, Child Learing and Autism. Bringing in millions.
David said he's watched for years, following them. Always a single driver, alone in a van, running errands.
When he would call them to schedule... all were 'booked solid'.
Democrats have allowed the Somalian community to setup a shadow community, which does nothing but print money.
All federal funds should be stopped.

The Minnesota Secretary of State's website also shows they filed to change their Registered Office and/or Agent on 1/14/26. When was this video taken?

The second company mentioned is Dream Line Transportation. That company originally registered at 617 Cedar Ave. but the video cuts off the rest of the Secretary of State web page which clearly shows that the principal executive office of the company is 2800 Grand Ave South, Minneapolis. Why didn’t the go to the actual registered office?
