One argument on trans in girls sports that has me confused

My confusion is why it’s a relevant argument at all.
It went something like this(from the pro-trans lawyer): the guy(s) are preforming at such a miserable level, there muscles were obviously affected by hormone blockers that they have no advantage over girls. The lack of muscle development show that they are indeed a woman(whatever that might be).
So as a side note, the admission seems to be that women perform at such a shite level, to begin with, if we can manipulate the male body to perform at or below that shite level, it proves that they are indeed now, man-made women(whatever that is)

Don’t get pulled into their game.
There are only two genders. They should. It compete against each other in physical sports. They should not share private places like bathrooms and locker rooms.
Whatever else they want to do to themselves as grown arse adults is their business.

I always found it ironic that most liberals will explain away mental illness with the line, "I was born in the wrong body!".
If that's true, than there's only two ways that someone could be born in the wrong body. The first way is biological defect. This would make sense, except liberals insist that gender is purely a social construct. So it must be the second way.... Divine. And we all know the concept of God and faith makes the average liberal shriek in disgust. So which is it?

I've never heard an answer to this question... it's a good one!
Another, simpler question that I never hear an answer to is that if the trans person can't "accept who they are" what right do they have to demand anyone else accept who they pretend to be.

My question for the left.
If we take this argument to it’s logical conclusion, should there be NO gender based sports al all?
Meaning, of males and females are the same and gender is just a social construct, should we eliminate ALL gender based sports and just have sports?
No men’s and women’s basketball, just basketball. No men’s or women’s swimming, soccer, just swimming and soccer?
No baseball for guys and softball for girls anyone can play either?
And if so… how will that workout for girls?
To me you cannot argue that there are no differences between biologic males and females while at the same time arguing for separate gender based sports.

Your argument fails to identify males not on hormone blockers that simply identify as females.
And, do you really think anyone is actually continuously testing that the males are taking the required hormone blockers?
Statistically, males dominate and win titles when they participate in women’s athletics.

The circular argument is:
1. There is no difference in boys and girls
2. But boys pretending to be girls should be able to participate in girls sports, because the hormone blockers prevent them from becoming the superior athletes that everyone knows boys are.

All this shite can be explained very easily, 20 yrs ago this question what is a woman would easily be answered, and it can easily be answered today

Because all of these things are precise calculated small steps to turn people towards a direction that makes them more easily controlled.
Democrats in DC don't care about lives lost to guns. They pretend to in order to inact laws that limit guns in the hands of lawful citizens. When lawful citizens are de-armed, they can be controlled.
Nazi Germany and much of the EU today show you how much a government can enact a directional change when nobody possess the ability to resist.
The same has been applied to Religious institutions by Democrats for years now. They created the crack via women in the pulpit. Now you have many Left dominated sects of denominations that preach approval of what GOD clearly defines as SIN, simply by no longering allowing those parts to be preached.

I think SCOTUS is going to obliterate the whole "fluid gender" nonsense. This is a made up activist movement that intentionally refuses to rely on science in order not only change society perception, but change laws to its benefit. I see no way that SCOTUS will be kind to this from a legal posture and have a very harsh opinion.

That's a horrible argument. That opens the door for saying "well, my power-lifter kid is naturally weak and doesn't have the frame to carry muscle, so I need to get steroids prescribed to them so it's fair".

You should listen to the argument. No one on the court says "this is all bullshite" or even says that in legal speak. They focus on technicalities and convoluted hypotheticals. Most worryingly, they seems to accept that it comes down to "what the science" says, when the science on this topic is totally agenda-driven to support the trans ideology and suppresses scientists who confirm the obvious truth of biological sex.
I think probably they will uphold the sports bans, but they really should come out and say that sex is the meaningful category both under the constitution and Title IX (and Title VII), and that made-up "gender identity" doesn't give anyone any special rights, ever. Unfortunately Gorsuch and Roberts already gave it a foot in the door a couple years ago in the worst Supreme Court decision since Roe.
