Anything on the low carb wraps.. they are my best friend.
I got those zero carb ones finally and they are soo good. Just make little tacos.
Another thing for say tacos in the low carb tortillas, I just boil chicken thighs and shred it. You can do a bunch at once and basically have a protein to add to diff things. Or just eat it on the tortillas.

Is the “low carb” diet the one you think works best for you?, because there are other successful ways to diet without stressing about carb intake.

I’ve said this in other threads but it’s truly a game changer.
When you are really craving that crunch of something breaded and fried, use crushed pork rinds. They are carb free but make a great breading for meats like chicken or pork chops. Use the pork rinds crumbs like you would bread crumbs and fry or bake. It really is delicious and satisfies that desire for something with a crunch.

Get you some carb balance low carb tortilla and do some scrambled egg and "meat" wraps for breakfast. You can use these to make an unlimited number of low carb wraps. Normally one of my meals a day is a wrap using low carb tortillas.
Very important with any LC diet, make sure you get the veggies in or you will be crapping a cinder block.

I do this a lot in the air fryer.
I do a Pork Skins and can Parmesan mix.
Very good.
I also use the low carb street taco wraps and also check out Chaffles.

Weight loss has less to do with carbs than it has to do with the glycemic index of the foods you eat. Read " Sugar Busters " (short book) to understand how foods with a high glycemic index turn carbs into blood sugar which is then converted and stored as fat. Focus on eating foods with a low glycemic index.

I’ve been buying these. They’re small taco sized. 25 cals per.

I have type 2 and use keto to keep my glucose level low and to prevent spiking. I wear a Freestyle Libre CGM so I can monitor what effect certain foods have on my levels. For instance, rice in any amount will cause a spike, it's definitely forbidden. Some other carbs have little effect, if eaten in small amounts, I will count out 6 Doritos to snack with some pico, zero bump. Lentil soup and pea soup have so much fiber, I get a small rise with them.
I work with a diabetes specialist who checks the results of my CGM frequently, my A1C stays in the low 6 range. She advises that if I try these foods, keep the amounts low. Over the past 2 years I have lost over 40 pounds through portion control.
I don't suggest you try this without supervision, but it allows me to vary my diet. I'm working with baking breads, right now I've got a loaf that is 75% whole wheat and pumpernickel rye and 25% bread flour, it has little effect on my glucose in small amounts.
Someone mentioned the roux in gumbo, a dark roux based gumbo has little effect on me, I wonder if the darkening of the roux changes it's nutrition profile. I don't eat gumbo very often so I will see if there is any research on this.

I disagree. Most roux based foods are diluted to the point that the carbs per serving is low.
I did the math earlier.
A gallon of gumbo is made with ~1 cup of flour (95g carbs) in the roux.
So you're looking at 6g of carbs per cup of gumbo (from flour). Factor in the onion and bell pepper, you're probably still around 7-8g per cup of gravy. Serve with cauliflower rice and it's low carb.
Portion control and cutting out empty calories is king for losing weight. (Not factoring in hormonal, i.e. insulin responses.) In my opinion, one of the biggest success factors in eating a low carb/keto diet is cutting out empty calories from carbs, especially sugars.

You may not see that exact brand but should be able to find a low carb tortilla. The ones I use have like 4 bet carbs and are about 40 calories a piece. I use it whenever I would normally use bread for little wraps or tostadas during the week for lunch. I am not “keto” at all though I just watch everything including carbs when I can, especially during the middle of the week.

Stir fry over cauliflower rice was my go-to. All kinds of different options with proteins and veggies and sauces.

Egg roll in a bowl is one of my favorites and super easy.
Just leave off the rice or use some type of rice substitute if going low carb

I don’t like counting calories so it was away to go ahead and lower your intake. And basically eat less things that actually make you hungry and not full.
And just learned how much fricking sugar is in just about everything.
