You need to be better honestly. It's a normal reaction and response. You're the one fighting it. Also, as a MBB fan, it's difficult to say, "Meh, frick it." For others, it's way too easy.
Should I compile a list of fan monikers based off the coach's surname? No, you should, it's fairly easy.

I had MBB season tickets from 1977-1993 and rarely missed a game even after we moved back to Houston. Dale Brown caused me to lose interest once we went through that late 80’s early 90’s stretch with all that talent only to not even make the final four. We won games but I knew we would never win it all. It was worse than having Les Miles as a HC to be honest. The suffering was intolerable so I quit on season tickets. Frankly, it was worse than now because the end result would be disappointment. It’s like having 5 of the powerball numbers and not the powerball.
