not really getting any help tonight

Suns beating the Jazz and putting the Jazz on the precipice of calling it a season is the biggest thing we get this evening

which is a positive... considering our upcoming schedule... the more challengers to our spot in the playoffs/play-in folding up tent... the better

Still sitting at 8th to end the night.
Minnesota would take a collapse to lose with 1:30 left (up 10)
LAC are up 19 with 9 left (They won't lose)
Dallas won.
Utah lost.

2/5 things occurred, but the most important being we win.

as long as we keep winning, things will fall into place nicely.

Can't afford Trey to shoot like he did tonight tho

Shooters will have off nights, what is important is we still shot well from 3 as a team.

Kira needs to get some minutes if he is going to hit 3's at the same clip as TMIII.

Unfortunately this is a movie we've seen before ..

Trey just isn't very good on the road. So if we're crossing fingers to get to the play-in, we better get to 7 seed

I mean... The kid just came off of a 10-12 shooting night on the road a couple of nights ago...

I want the Pels to get sixth. I do not want them having to compete against big market California teams in a play-in. The refs will for sure screw them over and the Pels don’t have the 3pt shooting to combat/nuetralize corrupt officiating.

Sorry I should say he's not very consistent on the road

Its actually glaringly shocking (9% drop in 3pt shooting)

Home splits: 50.6/45.7/90.8 shooting
15.0/3.9/1.3/1.6 SPG+BPG/0.7 TOV

Away splits: 45.9/36.7/90.9 shooting
12.6/3.4/1.4/1.7 SPG+BPG/0.8 TOV

having just done the math... Portland can't catch us (officially) with 1 more Pels win or 1 more POR loss

outside of their next game at San Antonio... Utah's schedule is full of playoff contenders who are all battling for position... nothing really easy remaining for them including a murderer's row of @ BOS, @ BKN, vs. LAL right after the upcoming Spurs game... they could be done sooner rather than later considering they're 3 games back of the Pels with 7 to go

Dallas could be the problem considering they too have a bunch of playoff teams left... but almost all are on the lower end of the East (1 top-4 East team & 3 teams fighting for play-in spots), a Kings team at home who they just beat tonight on the road, and the tank-tastic Spurs (and yes I'm well aware the Mavs just got swept in back-to-back games by the tank-tastic Hornets)

The biggest wildcard to me is OKC

They have three very winnable games in a row, then PHX and GSW, with Utah and MEM to close out (which MEM will probably be resting and Utah may have already packed it in)

The Jazz play the Lakers twice (once at home and once on the road) so I’d rather them still competing but I know the Lakers pick is a pipe dream at this point

We owe a pretty big gift basket to Charlotte. They are doing work for us down the stretch.
