I saw a couple of women flash boobs and was expecting to see some of those cops arrest them. Didn't happen.

It used to be a standard to reinforce the supports by adding 4x4's painted black and secured to each of the permanent vertical supports if you were a place where people would be paying to sit and stand and drink and whatever. If you owned the building on those floors you knew to keep things under control or some sleezy lawyer would own your building/floor the next year.
