she needs to start posting on here, she's a natural fit

I wonder if she wore panties.
Any one remember when she broke the internet not wearing panties and short skirt?
I remember an old joke Rush Limbaugh said on the Half Hour News Hour. Rush is pretending as though he is president and going over his recent accomplishments and one of them was Britney is wearing panties again.

This is a good thing. Maybe the criminal justice system can start the process of getting her the help she so desperately needs.
The CJ system is the nations largest provider of mental health services.

You are correct.

She might be beyond getting her back on track.
Serious question. Is she bipolar? I know a girl who is bipolar. She had a child in which her parents raised. She eventually got back on track taking her meds, not taking other substances, got a job that she was moving up in and then all of a sudden she started calling in sick then just stopped calling. She got fired and was just absolutely nuts. She didn't post videos of herself dancing, but according to this girl's cousin, she got to a point where she had this blank face look.
Whatever she was doing, according to her cousin, you couldn't look at her face and tell whether she state of mind. Whether she was in front of the TV or grabbing a knife because someone pissed her off and she wanted to stab them, the expression on her face was the same. Britney has that look.

1M or so DWI arrests nationwide every year. Indefinite conservatorships for all of them?

After the fact? What good would after the fact do?

Someone with one DWI conviction is staggeringly more likely to pick up another DWI arrest than someone without any prior DWI convictions.
So, conservatorships for all of them? If not, why not?

If someone cares about them and can prove they are mentally insufficient of preventing the problem then I 100% agree that preventative action should be taken.
Depending on their mental issues a conservatorship could be in order.
I wouldn't be so knee-jerk to say everyone who screws up should be in a conservatorship bit someone experiencing obvious manic episodes and a history of self harm may benefit from some intervention.
Probably isn't the black/white answer you were hoping for.

At this point, I just feel sorry for her family….

Wonder if she was on Ventura Freeway? Did she see alligator lizards in the air?

Not gonna lie, if I was the arresting officer, my body cam would surely have experienced technically difficulties.
Officer Pedro, why does it look like someone threw your body cam on the ground and smashed it with a rock?

Britney Spears was driving erratically on the highway in a harrowing hour-long chase before being pulled over and arrested for DUI, a 911 dispatch call obtained by the Daily Mail reveals.
The pop superstar, 44, was taken into custody by the California Highway Patrol at 9:30pm on Wednesday in Ventura County, after weaving in and out of lanes along Highway 101.
