Is this a spinoff from the curbside bidet thread?

Most health departments ban them
It doesn't stop people from putting them in shopping carts at the grocery. There is a nasty woman that shops near me that called the local news station after the grocery workers tried to get her to remove her dog. And the news station actually sent a van and interviewed the store manager about it. She still brings her dog in.

Saw a lady with a monkey on her back in Walmart once.
Craziest thing about that experience was the lady was not in a shopping scooter.

Why are you eating at that nasty arse place?

You go to Golden Corral and that dog was likely the cleanest creature in the place. Including yourself

Dude, you should either get used to eating with dogs or don't be so poor.
I mean Golden Corral. Really

I thought this was a post about “missing” dogs at Golden Corral. Thank heavens that’s not the case.

Clearly the old couple did not have your level of sophistication when it comes to fine dining establishments.

I'd rather eat at cracker barrel than Golden Corral.

A few weeks ago, i was grocery shopping at my local Kroger. I rounded the corner to find a coonhound bowed up taking a shite in the middle of the aisle…owner nowhere to be found.
I left a whole grocery cart full of groceries right there and just walked out.

Don't think I've ever NOT seen a dog at Golden Corral.

Truth.
I last visited a Golden Corral 12 or so years ago. I can’t think of a worse dining experience.

When no significant wealth, no liability risk thinking. When significant wealth, cannot help but see liability risk.
Interestingly, I think, the thinking is the difference.
When see and think cost / value / risk, likely that thinking creates behaviors that creates the value that provides the sightline to risk. No dog allowed mindset.
When do not see and think cost / value / risk, that thinking is unlikely to create the value that then provides the sightline to risk. Dog allowed mindset.
See dat dog in Costco and see an owner who probably has less chit to lose than to gain.

This new societal phenomenon where people think it's just fine to bring their dog into any restaurant is ridiculous and it's ALL just a ploy to get attention. It's one thing at a place like the Bulldog where they actively market that people bring their dogs. It's another if the place doesn't really market that they want to bring your dog, but you just show up with it anyway.
