Almost all of these school shootings are done with legally obtained weapons. What is the excuse now?

Those aren't the same thing.

If you want to pivot away from school shootings specifically, I'm game, but I don't think you're going to like the outcome.

Find relevant data to support your assertion, please.

Don't post it. It's possible the mother is responsible for how this monster turned out but it's also possible she isn't.

I'm not. The brother looks normal - played lacrosse. She's wearing a "Trans formers" sweatshirt a lot...

Less than a year ago we passed the most significant gun control on a national level in decades

And yet it wasn’t enough for you

Tell me those restrictions and I'll gladly eat crow.

(6) Has been discharged from the Armed Forces under dishonorable conditions;

(7) Having been a citizen of the United States, has renounced his or her citizenship;

(8) Is subject to a court order that restrains the person from harassing, stalking, or threatening an intimate partner or child of such intimate partner issued after a hearing

at which notice was given to the person and at which the person had an opportunity to participate, and includes a finding that the person subject to the order represents a credible threat to the intimate partner or child or the intimate partner OR explicitly prohibits the use, attempted use, or threatened use of force against the partner; or

(9) Has been convicted of a misdemeanor crime of domestic violence cannot lawfully receive, possess, ship, or transport a firearm or ammunition,is prohibited from shipping, transporting, possessing, or receiving firearms and ammunition.

(10) A person who is under indictment or information for a crime punishable by imprisonment for a term exceeding 1 year cannot lawfully ship, transport, or receive a firearm or ammunition. Such persons may continue to lawfully possess firearms and ammunition obtained prior to the indictment or information, but cannot do so once the conviction becomes final.

that's a loaded and intentionally deceptive headline. I'd like to see the figures on how many of those 77% were guns taken from a family member and then used in a mass shooting. They were legal at the point of purchase by the purchaser but not necessarily legal if the person doing the shooting isn't the one who purchased the firearm. Mass shootings are also defined as any shooting that involves more than one person being shot, so these stats are always skewed to fit whatever narrative the author is trying to push.

Mass shootings also =/= school shootings. Most school shootings are mass shootings but not all mass shootings are school shootings

Well, she also posted a picture of a A+ she received on whatever art school she went to referenced in Linkedin. Undeniably her.

The mother and son look like a nice, normal people.

Might want to note that they now don’t include gang shootings as mass shootings, regardless of how many people are shot.

You're almost over the target and yet you missed it. How about showing the demographics behind those 20k murders by gun. Until we are able to have a real discussion about the degradation of society that has turned ghetto culture into the norm, then we'll get nowhere.

Probably would be honest to disclose population of each location as well. Gang culture and the leftist media pushing it is why we are where we are. School wise, murder wise, crime wise. Remove those numbers and we're back to first world statistics.

including homicide victims in 2019 where the race was unknown, 53.7% were black or African-American, 41.6% were white, 3% were of other races, and 1.7% were of unknown races. The per-capita offending rate for African-Americans was roughly eight times higher than that of whites, and their victim rate was similar.

I'd tell you what's different, but you probably don't want to acknowledge that reality, so it's probably a waste of time.

I do not intend to stick around and participate in this thread, but I will say that this stat depends entirely on which definition of "mass shooting" one wants to use.

Carry on.

Hmmm. Something seems a bit different. One of these objects seems to be more efficient at killing. Maybe that's why a gun is preferred over a knife in war? Do you take a knife to a gun fight? Nope.

By the way, I have several guns. The knife versus gun arguement is just stupid.

So, Audrey Hale (formerly Aiden) identifies as he/him

So it's a trans female that identifies as a male?
