I’d say that probably the overwhelming majority of them, specifically the female celebs, have pretty serious body image disorders. Hollywood has always cast actresses based on attractiveness because at the end of the day, sex sells.
That being said, Kate Beckinsale was a fricking goddess in the 90s and 2000s.

She is naturally a skinny woman, but she could easily gain 10 pounds and would look better. Having low body fat shows every imperfection on her skin. That’s not talking about butchering her face with plastic surgery.

She was perfection in Pearl Harbor and Serendipity. Just a naturally beautiful girl and the prettiest in show biz. I don’t understand how she could not be satisfied with her looks. It’s a shame.
If I could meet the person that talked her into having work done, i would pummel that guy’s face until he was smelling out of his arse!
I don’t particularly care for my nose and I considered having something done. But then I realized I would be changing a part of me that my parents gave me and I didn’t want to do that.
