About to graduate college. At a college party.

One of the better NYE parties ever. But leading up to that, the months and years of Y2K paranoia was both hilarious and insufferable.
Woke up the next day and watched bowl games all day long.
Good times.

Only thing that makes sense is he had his son at 18, lets say 1963 (born in 1945)
His son has kid at 18. Making him grandpaw at 36 (1981)
His grandson/daughter has kid at 18 (he is now 54, year is 1999 and grandpappy)
Present day 80 years old

2ID Camp Casey, Korea. Twenty years old. Either freezing in a foxhole wondering why I didn't pay better attention in school, or blowing my paycheck in the ville every weekend thinking I was on top of the world, then spending the week on extra duty for whatever dumb shite I did when I was partying. Great fricking times looking back.

Ironically I'm minutes away from continuing my TD doomscrolling in bed.
Not as good as 1999, but not too shabby either

Started it pregnant and working. Ended it as a SAHM with a 6 month old. Big changes.
The NYE party I attended was good, except for being unable to drink and all.
