What did they charge to do the soft wash on the roof? Can they do it without walking all over the roof?

Seems like you could do some serious damage to a roof with a pressure washer if you don’t know what you’re doing. I would hire some weekend baw to do that.

You get a little mist blowback so it's one of the few outdoor jobs that isn't miserable in the depth of summer.

If you get into commercial pressure washing some big corporations will want you to have worker’s comp and liability, background checks, etc

Doing houses is a good way to get started

Okay. So he’s making $750 a weekend and not paying taxes or insurance.

$375 Saturday and $375 Sunday.

How many hours is he working? From the time he wakes up until the time he gets home and unloads his equipment and finally gets to sit down and have a cold beer.

I guess if you really need the money more power to you.

Just seems like a lot of work compared to the pay.

Soft wash is close to $2500 for a average size home. This will clean all of roof, house, fencing and concrete. All done from the ground. Equipment is close to $50,000 not including the truck.

Compared to other manual labor jobs, pressure washing has to be on the easier side.

For $375 a day I would do it too if I didn’t do what I do. Some days I don’t make anything and then some days I pull in $2,500. It evens out though.
