No. I have an office job and have to go into a fabrication yard/shop daily.

I cannot bring a weapon, it is not allowed.

What do you suggest?

Glock 26. Small enough to carry with the 10 round magazine but can accept the larger magazines. Its a good shooter too.

Glock 19 in console safe
10” AR hidden in the back with extra mags.

Truck is either in the garage or parking garage with security at entrances.

Yes indeed. Perfect for those MN ventures or trips to the Quarter after dark.

Concealed carry. If you do it right no one knows. Beyond airports I carry as I’d rather face some legal issues as compared to being severely incapacitated or deceased because I didn’t have my pistol. Seems quite drastic, I know. Your mileage may vary.

I keep mine in my car or truck in center console. I can’t risk losing my job carrying a pistol on me. I’m in and out of businesses all day M-F then gym in my Neighborhood 4-5 days a week.

Why does everyone keep cheap guns as truck guns?

No one cares to admit it,,,,but this is the reason.

Well, if you have to use it there is a fair chance you don't get it back regardless the outcome. If the cops are going to steal a gun from me I would rather it be $300 vs $2500.

I had a shotgun plus a 22 rifle in my truck back window rack. I never had a worry about them getting stolen either. This was about 57 years ago.

I carry a glock 19x on a magnet under my dash on right side of steering wheel by my right knee. Also have this rack on head rest. .300blkout SBR with an eotech and suppressed. Second hole usually run a 6.5 grendel with a thermal and suppressed.

I have two options for a gun under my rear seat. One is a HiPoint 9mm rifle and the other is a 20 gauge sawed off (legal) shotgun.
