The agent on the call sounds like one of the middle school girls who tried to steal my bike off my third-story porch on Adams and Maple in Uptown NO in 1998. Broad daylight with me sitting right inside. They dropped it and ran downstairs and then proceeded to taunt me, telling me to come downstairs. I asked them what they were going to do if I did. One said, “Whoop arse.”
So, yeah, I was totally shocked to learn the demographic involved here.

The reality is that these were uniformed officers...in other words, basically glorified city cops.
