This chick has tuned the whole thing out, and I’m just ready for them to find her so we can stop with the wall to wall coverage of a tent on Nancy’s front door. I feel sorry for Ms. Nancy, but the whole thing is annoying.
The freaking sister and her weird husband did it bc they were tired of taking care of Nancy while Savannah was off making millions and likely not even helping financially. No fricking way would I not pay a ransom to find my 85 yr old mother. Savannah cannot be bothered, which is probably indicative of her relationship with her aging mother. Elder abuse is real. The brother in law killed Nancy and found some way to dispose of her body.
This isn’t difficult.

This is a woman's soap opera.

You're clearly well educated on the subject

Yet federal activity was loudly pronounced and I almost thought POTUS Trump was going to have a PRIME Time Oval Office address to announce the fed effort for the loser NBC host Savannah Guthrie's mother.
Everyone knows Savannah was about to get fired. WORD!!

There you go. The real intent of your post is “left wing hack”, which doesn’t describe Savannah Guthrie.
However, I’d bet that any media personality not associated with Newsmax or Fox is a leftwing hack in your book.
It sounds like your complaint should be with Patel or Trump. The case gets a lot of attention because the daughter is a public figure, and the local sheriff needs more resources..
Always looking for something to bitch about when your perceived “liberal” enemies are involved you guys really are pathetic snowflakes…

Nancy Guthrie is Natalie Holloway for boomers.

Boomers like yourself are slopping this up. They cover what gets ratings. Turn off the TV, they'll cover something else.

My wife is way too interested in this case amd I asked her similar questions.. it made her mad
My wife thought it was unwarranted network TV coverage on day 1 and she watches none of it.

The Somali fraud isn’t even in the news cycle anymore

My only thought is the incompetence of law enforcement from the FBI to local. It’s embarrassing

If it is related to cartel extortion, then, yes, expend every resource and nip this sit in the bud.

Google is your friend:

Key details on FBI involvement: Child Kidnappings: The FBI has jurisdiction to immediately investigate or assist with any missing child under 18, particularly if they believe the child is in danger or the victim of a stranger abduction.
Federal Jurisdiction: Kidnapping becomes a federal case—and therefore an FBI matter—if the victim is transported across state or international lines, or if a ransom demand is made.

Had this conversation with Mrs. Axe just a couple days ago. She's not exactly your "typical woman" by any means, and only knew about this story because all the girls at her work can't stop talking about it and she keeps seeing it on social media. She didn't even realize it was Samantha Guthrie's mom. When I showed her who Guthrie was, she said "Oh yeah, that's the reporter that was lying about Trump and trying to make him look bad."
She told me, [paraphrased] "Yeah, if that was my mom or yours, Trump wouldn't have mobilized the entire eff bee eye to help her. The world wouldn't even know. It would just be another missing person. Why is he being so nice when she crapped all over him?"
She was right.
This whole story infuriates me. I hope Guthrie's mom is found alive and safe, don't get me wrong. But this is 100% panem et circenses to keep the suburban Range Rover Karens distracted from the fact that it was just revealed that the world really is controlled by elite satanic diddlers.

The missing lady is most likely dead by now. I think she was on insulin or something else, IDK.
I hope they find her alive and well but an 84 year old that has comorbidities, the odds are not good for her survival.
BTW, I think over a thousand persons per day is reported as missing.
This is just the networks and the wire services chasing ratings.

True... but I reckon just a very small fraction are kidnappings.
I know that with kids, the overwhelming amount are runaways, followed by non-custodial parent "kidnappings". I think the percentage of true stranger kidnappings represented less than one percent.
quote:
Of the roughly 500,000 to 600,000+ people reported missing annually in the U.S., only a tiny fraction are kidnapped by strangers, with studies showing that number to be less than 1%. The vast majority—over 95%—are runaways, with others involving family abductions or lost/injured individuals.

If it weren’t for this website, I’d have never heard anything about this case. I haven’t heard one single person mention it outside of tiger droppings.
I admit I don’t watch any TV other than sports games and I’ve spent a lot of time at house parties at the AT&T ProAm the last several days. Went to a baptism yesterday with several dozen people. Went to Mass this morning.
Probably spent time with upwards of a hundred folks having conversation and not once did I hear a single person mention it.
Maybe yall need to turn off Fox News and go touch some grass.

We need 24/7 coverage on the trillions $ of government waist and fraud all these years and all the politicians and NGO`s involved.
This by far is the biggest news in history and is affecting all Americans especially the tax paying Americans.
