It’s racist to say “ because she’s black, California had wildfires and couldn’t contain them.”
The fact is…. Because of policies the city and state enacted, caused wild fires to thrive and very difficult to stop without water, controlled burns etc. it just so happens she’s black.
If she was white, and everything was the same she’d still get blasted except she’d be called racist for not doing her job and letting black neighborhoods also burn.
