They change daily. Also half of them on the list are fake. The president has to know the pattern based on the day to select the correct ones off of the card. Also it's not some website you can hack into and input the codes and a launch will occur. It's just a verification process for the president. Not sure how Biden can memorize the correct sequence for the codes. Pretty scary.

They are changed daily, and the second step that occurs after the president orders a nuclear strike with the correct code is the verification that it is actually the president giving the order. So all this conjecture is just stupid.
