I actually LOVE This and hope they follow through with it. Not because I agree with Oregon, but because I believe it's time for us to recognize that we are a republic of states and things need to change in our government.
It's time for a metaphorical civil war over states' rights. Let Oregon try to arrest federal agents enforcing federal law and maybe people will begin to question the state vs federal differences. The federal government has way too much power and we need to start realizing this.
I do believe the federal government in in charge of enforcing immigration laws, but there's many other laws that we can question. If it's not stated in the constitution, the federal government doesn't have the power to enforce/oversee it.... education, marijuana, abortion, etc.

You are correct, she didn't say that specifically, but she did say that ICE is acting violently and acting above the law and that Oregon will monitor their actions. How about arresting the ones who are actually acting unlawfully, the ICE protesters. They are the ones who attack the officers putting everyone in danger yet no one seems to want to hold them accountable.

Mispresenting what is going on in Oregon seems to be a common problem.
You will be happy to know they are making arrests, so far 70 people have been arrested outside of the ICE facility alone.
