Do we really need to spend millions of dollars to investigate a shooting that is on camera from multiple different angles? We know what happened. We know every word that was said between all parties during the incident. We know what the women were doing before the officers arrived. There is no mystery, there is no grey area. The idea that we need to split hairs about the angle of the tires and calculate the force of impact on the officer and his launch angle off the hood of her suv to determine by some arbitrary standard that he should or should not have pulled the trigger is retarded.

“Let’s say you don’t find anything” could technically be a reason to decline to investigate any suspected or possible crime, I suppose. Probably not a good policy to go by.

If I were running the DoJ I'd definitely order a very thorough investigation and examination of ever aspect of Becc's whole life.
She said herself that she wanted The State to come after her. She must be up to something. Check it out to make sure it wasn't a threat of physical harm or violent act.
