Isn’t tear gas a chemical agent?

It does. And when I watched the report it said that some died days later. That’s either fake news or not tear gas.

You guys do realize that it was the USA that supplied saddam huissen with the precursor chemicals to make the mustard gas that killed half a million Iranians in the iraq-iran war. They even used satellite images to tell saddam where they were. Saddam was our guy back then.

that what the French did to regain their freedom during WW2? The Italians? The Dutch, etc.?
Ever heard of the French Resistance?
The Italians murdered Mussolini in the streets
Also a short term occupation during a war is a bit different than decades long oppressive regime governing a nation.

It was Russia and the French who supplied this and the equipment. The equipment was built in modules and flown it ready to plug and play.

Meh, they remember and there is already a concrete plan in place. Iran is highly educated, not rural tribes which were never controlled by a central government like in Afghanistan

So resistance by a few dozen partisans frees a nation? Come on, man. The statement sounded good, but it’s just wrong. America has obtained the freedom of a few nations, even some who had never tasted true freedom - Japan and South Korea, for example.

Not to mention, there is no US victory in the revolution without the French.

defend the protestors he would have done so by now.
Some of the countries in the Middle East has asked him to wait. Especially Israel. They say that they want to be ready for Iran’s retaliatory attack.

Last Wednesday morning, as it appears U.S. strikes against Iran were imminent, Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi sent a text message to White House Special Envoy Steve Witkoff, which was relayed to President Donald J. Trump and reportedly stated that Iran would stop the killing and cancel the execution of some 800 demonstrators that had been arrested during the recent round of anti-government protests, officials tell the Washington Post.

We also werent ready. You need the missile defense capabilities of a carrier group before you attack someone like Iran
Last week was just about probing them. This week? The F35s/F22s are going to eat and we will have our protection in place

That's cool and all, but that came after they — per their own admission — killed at least 23,000 of their own people.
