I’m sure it has something to do with the global elite.
Roger might be involved in the WEF.
Who runs the media companies that televise the games and sell ads?

Damn, I missed it, because I haven’t watched the NFL since 2019. I quit watching because of shite just like you are describing.

I only watch pure as the wind driven snow College Football where the players are amateur student-athletes who play only for the love of their school for no pay.
YES! I'm talking about Division III college football, of course.

Why is the NFL committed to social justice ?
Because the people who run it have been fed the dual-lie buffet of "there's a large, untapped market for football in the social justice realm" and "the social justice crowd will protest you and you'll lose ratings if you don't pre-empt those protests by showing them support now."
Between the messaging and the flamingly gay male cheerleaders, they've pretty much stated they believe that either there is more money to be made by diluting their product to appeal to more than straight men or that they believe that their straight male consumers enjoy football so much that they'll tolerate anything as long as the games still play.
The bottom line is that they don't care if straight males watch any longer so I'm more than happy to oblige them by not watching.

Because they're afraid all of the (hugely overpaid) black players will quit and then they will cease to exist as a league.
Let them quit. Watching the Army/Navy game yesterday was entertaining ASF, and both teams were mostly White guys.
American men will watch it nonetheless. And maybe get men like me back, as I haven't watch a full NFL game in ages.

They could become professors, stockbrokers, scientists, etc.

Because they were blackmailed by the government like every other large organization.
It’s not coincidence Hollywood comes up with the movie concussion and CTE is all the buzz, threatening the league.
Then CTE completely falls off the face of the earth and kaepernick is allowed to start kneeling and social justice is plastered all over the field.

What is “social justice?”
Ahh- now you are asking the right question. It’s a nebulous term which represents a progressive notion of “fairness”. That notion includes such ideas as “equity” over equality, decriminalizing most crime, replacing police with social programs, etc. It’s code for moving away from an orderly society where everyone knows the rules and most people follow them which leads to stability and safety.

I watched the Packers for the first time in 5 years yesterday.
I thought it was hilarious that the Broncos had "Choose Love" in their end zone given who Green Bay's QB is.
I saw that clip, threw up in my mouth, guess I will check back in 5 years from now.

The teams still put the best players they have on the field regardless of "social justice".

It's happened ever since they hired Jay Z.
