If you believe the democrats could only replace Biden by having a poor early debate performance, then this line of thinking makes sense. I believe the DNC will do whatever it wants regardless of Trump's actions.

And what about this line of thinking: If the Democrats have the ready ability to influence the outcome of the election by means of fraud and such, then why would they even be one bit concerned with Biden or whoever their candidate may be? Something is not lining up like many, many people believe is the reality of the situation. Either it doesn’t matter because they have it in the bag via fraud and cheating, or they don’t and thus it matters greatly who their candidate is.

Great point. Many feared that Joe would show up and just be ok and because the bar was so low that would be like a win. Trump took that risk and it paid off.

States have been filing lawsuits to stop what the Federal Agencies were trying to do….register when they entered the country. Questions for the states….where do you send the absentee ballots?
Taco benders will not be voting.
Biden driving an 18 wheeler through a Gay Pride parade during Little Big Horn where Bo died ….stands better odds of being true.
So Jill, trailer trash queen, can have her little cry while they pack for Joe’s trip to the nursing home. Better beware Joe and Jill….Hunter pays the Nursing Home bills.

The rules saved Trump from himself, and anyone with sense could see that they would help Trump, whose debate weakness is that he interrupts constantly and turns off women by being unbelievably nasty.
The rules prevented this, and Biden came across as at least as nasty as Trump.

I think Trump has drastically improved since 2016. He still has his "Trump" style, but he's not as off-putting as he was 8 years ago.
