I guess the biggest snub besides Brooks is Pepi?

I don't see how Pepi is a snub at this point.
He's been dreadful. Sargent and Pefok should be rated above him right now.
ETA: Whoever downvoted this, please make the argument as to why Pepi should be on the roster.
