Shouldn't matter. Walz apparently signed into law what an officer could and could not do when it comes to vehicles pointed their directions, so not only does it pass FED law, but it also passes state law.

I'm impressed with his skills. He holds his cellphone in his left hand the whole time, and STILL probably hit his target with all three shots.
Also, the way he's pushed back, if the road had been completely dry, I don't know if he would have slid out of the way or if he would have been run over.

This video was the FIRST version released. From this angle, it certainly DOES appear that the vehicle struck him.
In the video taken from the other angle (driver's side), it appears clear that contact (if any) with the vehicle was minimal.
"True Believers" from each side will all insist that THEIR interpretation of the videos is the correct one and that anyone seeing the matter differently is a political hack for the other side. Welcome to modern America.
