A). I suspect there's more to the story, such as looking across the entire budget to see where cuts can be made, and
B). It seems like common sense to be doing exactly what I stated above. I would be disappointed if they didn't.
Personally, I'd rather they just cut off entitlement programs altogether for individuals that have been taking advantage for more than 14 consecutive months. They've had enough time to figure things out and at this point the government is doing the recipients a disservice by continuing to pay them while they show no motivation to do better.

Friendly reminder: WE are funding the DoD at a record level already, approaching a trillion fricking dollars. And......they're already lobbying for a 1.5 trillion dollar budget for next year!
