A year ago, I’m dog cussing underwood for screwing us over and how broken the system is, LSU can’t hang now from an NIL standpoint
Fast forward a year, we’ve swept in and stolen the starting QB from a p5 program that had just signed a new deal by way upping the ante
I mean the system is still broken and awful….but it’s nice to be doing the fricking

Holy cow what an awful take. If it is supposed to be a minor league than just make it a minor league and get it out of the colleges. They are still supposed to be student athletes and not professional ones.
College sports is dead and needs to be shifted away from colleges.

you think what is happening in college football is what should have been happening all along? Jesus. It is absolutely disgusting what is happening and it isn't sustainable. It is destroying interest of the game and that is not even debatable. The more this shite keeps happening, the less interest I personally have, and I assure you I'm not alone with this. I don’t hate they’re being paid, I hate the portal but no point in taking the moral high ground and refusing to participate in the absurdity, time to be a permanent, relevant fixture again however we have to do it

The portal with no rules is very dumb, but like you said it’s the world we live in and it would be dabo level stupid to not take advantage of it. I like that lane has said so much as we will use the rules and exploit them until you fix it
