It would actually be very funny if they got a motivated and hungry BK and he makes the post season by year 2.

Franklin's record in big games was arse, but to pretend like Kelly will do any better or not be under as much pressure as he was at LSU is crazy.

Penn State makes sense as he is one of the better coaches available. He just wasn’t a good fit for LSU.

If he was planning on coaching, he would have negotiated a lump sum. He'll only coach if he changes his mind and it won't be next year. If he coaches next year, then we didn't really offer him 30 million.

Actually I saw a national article about Michigan State about a week ago. Their HC has a hideous record and Kelly is a state of Michigan guy so IF any P4 program might want him, Michigan State might be the one. Tucker had a good year or so several years ago but since then...squat. The Penn State deal indeed sounds like an agent planted/encouraged story to me.

He interviewed with them the week before hey fired Franklin. This is why he initially agreed to the 40% buyout so he could coach immediately. But in discussions someone pissed in someone’s cereal and the fight started. But it’s been Penn State. This has been the play all along
