Is it actually 20k sf? Because thats absolutely massive. Deion's 29k sf house in Prosper TX was about as big of a house and that had a private lake. I can't imagine LSUs basketball coach having a house that large. That makes zero sense.

Spencer Callahan’s mansion back there is far and away the biggest house on that street and zero chance it approaches 20k sf.
I’ve seen the construction, it’s big but yea it’s not 20k sf lol.
Ethan Pocic is also allegedly building right there.
It’s a great street to go ride bikes on if you can catch somebody coming or going out of the gate.

I think there are at least a few people in this thread that really have no idea how big a 20k square foot house would be.

And why is an lsu coach living that far away from campus?
How much closer is he suppose to live?

Regulation basketball court is 4,700 square feet.
Add 15 feet around the edges for fun to make it a total of 7,085 square feet.
That leaves room for 13k square feet of house.
In other words…OP is full of shite.

While I can believe that McMahon is (was?) building a house, 20,000 square feet is HUGE. I'd guess that a lot of people have houses in the neighborhood of 2,500 square feet. So if that's the number assumed to be average, 20,000 sq ft is EIGHT times that size.
Unless McMahon is running an orphanage or children's shelter, and needs 12 bedrooms, 20,000 would be a case of wretched excess.
