AJ Haulcy, S

didn't work out at his Pro day also.

either these guys are getting advised not to show too much or they are copying what other players are doing?

was Haulcy dealing with an injury?

If either Brazzel or Boston are still on the board at 42 then i'm jumping all over it

I’m certain that not working out is all agent driven. Haulcy already jumped a round or two based off his combine. The agent probably figured that was enough and didn’t want to do anything to damage his stock

Said this to my father in law today. Guys are letting their tape speak and I think you’re going to see it more and more.

Hell, I wouldn’t be surprised if they changed a lot of the combine in the future with how many guys opt to not do drills or just opt out of measurables.

I want him bad, but 42 is probably to high. Hoping we trade up with our 3rd and get him.

Thinking Bell or Boston at 42.

I'd be very suprised if we pick anyone but Chris Bell at #42. If our QB is saying to get him they probably do it.

#8: Styles/ Downs/ Delane

#42: Chris Bell

#73: BPA OL/DL

The injury scared me a little on Bell. But it looks like he’s on schedule to be available for training camp.

According to Jordan Schultz, Bell is recovering ahead of his projected timeline, giving teams a reason to give him a longer look at the turn of the first round.

"Louisville WR Chris Bell, who was widely considered a top-20 pick before suffering an ACL injury in November, is progressing ahead of schedule and is now running and jumping," Schultz posted.

"Teams are intrigued by his unique skill set at 6’2.5”, 225 lbs, and in-game GPS tracked him at low 4.3 speed in full pads."

"Bell already has visits scheduled with 13 teams (and has completed four) and is expected to be fully cleared by training camp, and chance of being first-round pick is still real," Schultz added.

He's tall, lightning fast, and was super productive last year Tennessee. Really not sure why he's not projected higher.

Tennessee WR’s are known for not being productive in the NFL under Huepel.

If Styles is there at #8 I'll have a beer to celebrate.

If Styles is there at #8 and we don't pick him I'll probably down a quart of bourbon.

More likely Baily or Bains at #8 seeing how the mocks are going (we need edge). But if all those are gone then Delane or Downs.

Brazzell

Last month(?) I commented on Brazzell with our second pick and was downvoted bigly.. He would be a great pick at that spot but he probably won't be there...
