I can see that. What you eat can make you obese right? Then when you are obese you are not living a healthy lifestyle, causes depression, etc and so that person emotional eats.
I am not a doctor nor obese, but this doesn't seem like something too far fetched.

I mean I understand what she is trying to say but the wording is terrible.
I have a friend who has lost 70+ pounds since they got on something like ozempic.
They dont want to eat anymore and when they do they only eat a few bites.
I have some friends that will eat large portions and still be wanting to continue eating until they finish the meal.
I go out to eat and sometimes dont wanna finish my plate.
Oprah seems to be claiming that the first person is suffering from obesity which makes them wanna eat that much food whereas someone like me doesnt.

I’m 5’11”, turn 43 tomorrow, been thin/skinny my whole life. In the last 12 months I’ve blown up to 190 (was 170-175). Two weeks ago I realized I eat too much crap, fried food, too much late night snacking, and decided to make changes.
I’m down to 185 and it’s like a game to me now because I DON’T WANT TO BE FAT! I want my clothes to fit better again.
