I just burnt a brisket. I was slow cooking it and left it on too long. I suck.

I'm cooking for 30-40 people, so burgers and hotdogs. I don't feel like working my arse off and only got two days notice that the number was going from 10 to who dafuq knows? Some big arse Sam's hot dogs. Those things are good.

Homemade ice cream of course, two freezers of vanilla and one of milky way. And watermelons.

Beer. Lots of beer. Miller lite, Shiner Bock, Dos Equis, Coors stubbies (not by the pool), Yeungling lager and flight. Got a bunch of them 50 year anniversary Miller Lite tall boys. I think they taste better and saves me a trip or two back to the ice chests.

Bought my Morning Star plant based burgers yesterday! I'm going to use a magnifying glass and sunlight to cook them so we can lower our carbon footprint.

lol

Burgers, brats, and hot dogs. My wife is making a potato salad. I think she's making some brownies and serving with ice cream.

Tomorrow I'll be grilling chicken thighs and beasts, pork chops, and some sirloin steaks served with grilled squash and asparagus. There will also be some roasted potatoes. 2 days. 2 cookouts. Should be good times.
