She's probably forced Trump into a corner of sorts. He'll make it a soft landing for her because she's been extremely loyal but she's botched some things and, supposedly, she's banging one of her subordinates.

We went over this with Kash Patel's travel - Senior administration officials MUST travel by private jet for security concerns. Business or pleasure is immaterial. What no one wants to talk about is how those officials reimburse their department for the security detail and market rate airfare when it's for private use.
