I mean those two ran close to 4.4. Thomas just ran sub 4.3, and Anderson is in the ballpark with Brown/Hilton. That’s a really fast group of WRs. And that doesn’t even include Watkins who is a track star. They may have been the fastest in the country

Don’t get me wrong, they’re fast. Especially Zavion, that’s crazy fast. But you’ve got a guy saying it might be the fastest WR in college football history. And another saying they are faster than the 2019 teams and NFL teams. On the 2019 team, Ja’Marr, Marshall, Palmer, and McMath were all 4.3 guys.

Disappointed Brown didn’t break 4.4, especially since he weighed in under 180 pounds
And I wonder if Hilton’s lower body injuries have sapped some of his explosiveness, his jumps and 40 were solid but not what he had been billed to be from the preseason camp talk every year

Yeah, I would have expected something in the 4.2's based on the info on this board like you said. There were people saying that he was the fastest man on the team... one with Jalani Watkins on it who had a 10.01 100M time last season.
