They have a big, physical OL and RB that can control the LOS and game clock. They will look to keep the ball away from us, limit our chances with the ball, while eating up yardage, wearing down our D, and getting points. They will want to avoid a shoot-out.

Bottom-line: DEF will need to get off the field on 3d down, and get the ball to the OFF for them to do what they have been doing all season. We need to dictate the pace of play, and impose our will on GA.

On our Defense?

As much as they want.

UGA is the team that will hold the ball for 6-8 minute drives, scoring every time. That will leave our offense no room for error against a great defense.

UGA will be a great idea what the CFB PO will be like if LSU makes it.

Once again the Vandy offense didn’t score 38. Do y’all watch the games?

The question was how much can Georgia score, not their offense.

Also, I would expect Georgia to have a “Wildcat” package ready for us with Swift taking the snaps

They have the best OL we will face all season so getting pressure will be even tougher than usual. From a pure talent standpoint they are one of the best offenses. Poor scheme and utilization makes them an average to below average offense.

This is not going to be a blowout. Their D is good and their offense will have some success. This one is going to be a 4th qtr toss up.

No question LSU can outscore anybody. The defense isn't going to all the sudden become good overnight.

Probably more than Ole Miss. Georgia can run and pass. They have a damn good QB RB’s and OL and essentially home field. Should be a great game.

More than Old Piss? That was embarrassing as was the effort against Vanderbilt.

Awww, so sorry you were embarrassed, LSU Star. How about you go root for another team that doesn't embarrass you. Of course, that team would not be top ranked and 10-0 with numerous victories over top teams, because there's only one team in the land like that - but that team embarrasses you.

As I've pointed out in other threads, it took less than one season of success for many LSU fans to turn into what they abhor...Alabama fans. It shows you that all fanbases are alike. Each contains a certain number of Harvey Updykes, and those who are LSU fans are revealing themselves thread by thread.

Uga has an o we can handle.

Fromm is a slow qb with a noodle arm that relies on back shoulder throws

Indoors and on turf I have a feeling this offense is more deadly than you can imagine. This offense wa developed for use primarily indoors whete the fastet team has an advantage.

You are projecting. It was an embarrassment for the team, was it not? I have an idea, why don't you take yourself and this board a little less seriously. You might like it.

BTW, this team has not enjoyed the success of a championship yet.

1) We have 3 top 20 wins
2) Our defense is outstanding and only gave up its first rushing TD of the season last weekend
3) Anyone that actually watched or knows anythign abou the SC game knows it was one of those "1 out of 10 tries" kind of games that was a fluke more than anything. We outgained them in just about every category, but we had 4 turnovers to their 0, one of which was a pick 6. Their offense scored 13 points through 2 overtimes.

Aside from that though, who should be ahead of us?

-We have the same record as oregon but exponentially better wins
-Same record as bama who has played 1 ranked team and lost to them. Their best win is what, aTm? MSU? Duke?
-Utah? Same boat as oregon
