She texted: I’m at the point of not caring who knows of Samuel’s situation. He needs every prayer desperately. I got a call yesterday saying I needed to come to the hospital immediately because he wasn’t doing well.
They changed his ventilator to a more critical care type and have him heavily sedated. They said his oxygen saturation levels had been drastically low and his blood pressure was very bad, but that they had given him some medication that seemed to help his blood pressure at least. His pressure had gotten to 48/18 and his oxygen saturation was in the 60s to 70s instead of 90s to 100 where they needed it.
I was told that they are running out of options to keep his oxygen levels up and basically we weren’t in a day to day situation with him but hour by hour.
I know God hasn’t left us, but I am in so much pain right now watching my son. I don’t know how to get through this.
Please, Please, Please, pray for our great grandson, Samuel Baugh. I would not ask if this was not a critical situation.
God, please hear our prayers for Samuel.

Jehovah Rapha, You are The Lord who heals. We lift up precious Samuel, You know what what he needs, for you knit him together in his mother’s womb. You knew Samuel before she did. Father, we pray for wisdom for Samuel’s medical team. We pray for Your peace, that transcends all human understanding for Samuel’s mom, dad, granddad and others who love him. Guard their hearts and minds, and bring them rest. You say where 2 or more are gathered in Your Name, You are there. We are gathered and we are praying. You are here. Be with Samuel’s family and reveal your presence. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.

This is absolutely heartbreaking. Just thinking about the pain they all must be in makes my stomach turn. I hope the prayers are answered.
